As a member of the District Explorers you can take part in the Young Leaders Program, although you have to be a member of Explorers you do not have to attend Explorers, but are encouraged to take part in the Explorers Program.
The Young Leaders Program
You need to attend a module A which introduces you to the program and ideally this should be attended within 3 months.
The remainder of the program will be completed whilst undergoing the Young Leaders Program. The training program has 13 training modules and 4 missions, upon completion of all the modules and missions you will be awarded the Young Leaders Belt Buckle.
